SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

Premades are to be shipped within 5-7 business days AND MAY take up to 1-2 weeks due to possible delays or packages being lost in transit. International orders can take between 7-21 business days depending on customs/clearance or any delays/items lost in transit. Updates on delivery and shipping times will be constantly enforced on our Instagram Page : @eternalmisery.us via either Story Posts or a designated Highlights section below the bio. We do want all customers to know that orders will be shipped Monday-Friday every week. Thank you for understanding and complying to these policies and shipping times. Reminder:MAIL CARRIERS DO NOT OPERATE ON SUNDAYS! AN ITEM CAN BE AT THE CARRIER SATURDAY BUT THERE WILL BE NO UPDATES UNTIL MONDAY! IT TAKES 24-48 HOURS MINIMUM FOR A PACKAGE TO BE SCANNED INTO THE SYSTEM! 

PREORDER ITEMS (SHIPPING & PROCESSES)

Before all orders are placed on our website, customers have to check our terms order on their desired product. ALL customers are responsible for reading the terms and conditions, shipping turn around times, etc. before they complete their purchase. Details on shipping times will be listed vividly in detail on our policies page and in each customer's order confirmation which will be sent to them via email and/or SMS. After purchasing any item, you are now fully committed to abiding by our shipping duration and will have to wait for the duration of the process to have your item delivered. For updates on your PREORDERED item(s), updates will be provided on our social media until all orders have been successfully shipped out to our loyal and patient customers. We also suggest you follow our INSTAGRAM:@eternalmisery.us, where we will post updates every few days on the progress of your PREORDER. Any customer who sends us more than one email during the production time of any preordered item, will have their order be completely refunded and they will no longer have the ability to receive this particular item.
